Heat a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add in the sesame seed oil along with the minced garlic and onions. Cook until the onions are translucent, around 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the red bell peppers and cooked chicken and cook together for another 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, add a small sauce pan over medium heat and add in all of the almond sauce ingredients. Cook on medium heat until combined.
Transfer the Hearts of Palm Spaghetti to the large skillet with the onions, garlic, chicken and red bell peppers. Mix together and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour the almond sauce and lime juice over the noodles and combine with a spoon.
Sprinkle in the green onions and cook with a lid on for another 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is nice and combined.
Garnish with chopped cashews, fresh cilantro, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
