Pineapple Coconut Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1 pouch of Golden Farms Foods Organic Pineapple Squeeze Pouch
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 can of coconut milk
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of cornstarch
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla extract and stir until well combined.
Add the Golden Farms Foods Organic Pineapple Squeeze Pouch and stir until well combined.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Pour the mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top (if using).
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
