Place them in a bowl and toss them with olive oil, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and garlic salt (can use minced fresh garlic). Let them marinate in the fridge or on the counter for 15-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Dust counter top with flour and roll pizza dough into a 12 inch pie.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pie, then top with grated mozzarella.
Layer the fresh hearts of palm and tomatoes over the cheese.
Drizzle whole pie with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 10-12 minutes on a pizza stone or cookie sheet, or until cheese is bubbling and dough is to the desired crispiness.
Add basil leaves to pizza as soon as you remove it from the oven.
