2 14-oz Golden Farms Hearts of Palm Salad Cut, drained
2 cups homemade or store-bought BBQ sauce
apple cider vinegar coleslaw
6 burger buns, gluten-free if needed, sandwich rolls or lettuce wraps
DIRECTIONS:
Place hearts of palm into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse a few times, just until pieces are chopped into bite-size shreds. If you do not have a food processor you can shred the hearts of palm by hand, similar to how you pull apart a cheese stick.
Warm 2 cups of BBQ sauce in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add shredded hearts of palm, toss to coat all pieces and heat until mixture is warm.
Prepare sandwiches by adding a good amount of the BBQ mixture onto a burger bun, top with apple cider vinegar coleslaw, and enjoy immediately.
