Mango Chicken Curry
- 1 pouch of Golden Farms Foods Organic Mango Squeeze Pouch
- 2 lbs of boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp of ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp of curry powder
- 1 tsp of ground coriander
- 1 tsp of ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp of ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the curry powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and cinnamon and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken and sauté for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add the Golden Farms Foods Organic Mango Squeeze Pouch and chicken broth and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper
