Pineapple Salsa

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pouch of Golden Farms Foods Organic Pineapple Squeeze Pouch

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 2 tbsp of chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a bowl, mix together the Golden Farms Foods Organic Pineapple Squeeze Pouch, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish.
