Spicy Pineapple Shrimp
PREP TIME: 20
- 1 Tsp canola oil
- 3/4 Lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 Tsp garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & diced
- 1 lime, zested & juiced
- 1 Golden Farms Pineapple Chunks 14 oz
- 1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
- Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high. Add oil and heat.
- Add shrimp, garlic, jalapeño, lime zest and juice. Sauté 5-6 minutes until shrimp are opaque.
- Add in pineapple chunks and cilantro.
- Serve over a bed of mixed greens or steamed rice
